idaho otc elk "b" tag?

Does anyboby out there have any tips on whitch elk regions are decent for the otc "b" elk tag? have already bought the non-resident hunting licence to put in for the tag draws and struck out,,,hate to see my $162 go down the drain,,,is the otc elk tag a decent hunt,,,any info would help,,,,thanks.

ive been thinkin units 22 and 32? or is there anything decent towards the oregon side?any info would help,,,want to do branched antler,no cow or spike hunts.
