My darling daughter, (aka hell raising, kick your ass if you disagree with me.) Decided a few years ago to chuck the big bucks IT job and open a custom cake and pastry bakery. Here's one of her latest creations.

I'm pretty sure if someone told her to get a permit that she would explain exactly what they could do with their permit.
