I've just started applying for preference/bonus points and tags in other western states in the last year and plan on putting more applications out there. Most of my research when picking units to apply for comes from calling G&F Biologists, BLM and Forestry offices, Games Wardens, and Eastmans MRS. I'm just wondering what resources other people use when choosing units in other states, especially when you know you probably won't have a lot (more than maybe one quick scouting trip) of time to get out and scout before the hunt.
