How do you rate game meat?

Yeah, and I forgot to put Buffalo on my list. Had Ostrich once in a restaurant and that was very good also.

All of this is assuming proper care of the meat, particularly getting it cool fast.

I had a friend that used to bring me moose and elk from out west. Both were awesome.

2: boar Javilina heavy in the rut, scent gland left on the meat of course.

that is the extent of my big game meals but im sure im missing something

I have had alot of the big game on the list and if properly prepaired it is all very good..Moose probably tops the list though...
