haha. i think it was mostly location, location, location. I'm saying this as nicely as i can, as my realtor is my cousin, but damn they got it easy. answer a few phone calls, fill out some forms that are pre-made, and boom 2.5% of the sale.

i see the point if its someone with no knowledge of construction or home buying, but for the most part i agree.
Sounds like it was pretty minimal of what was noted, all things i expected just didn't have time or weather to get to. big relief, i was expecting the worst.

I've had them miss some big stuff all while showing me a gfi that didn't work like it was gonna keep me from buying the house. Problem is those guys just follow a list and wouldnt know a problem if it was stating them in the face. I've always said a retired guy who built houses or the like would be worth the money.
