in florida hogs can be hunted all year long but public land is restricted to deer season except in a few places that will allow it until march. i found a military base about 2 hours from me that allows hog hunting all year except during spring gobbler season. HERE PIGGY PIGGY

Yeah, we can hunt hogs all year round, but the heat makes it more difficult during the summer - both to beat the bush and to get the meat taken care of quickly. Plus, the hogs become even more nocturnal when it gets hotter.

but we cant hunt anything else all year round. not even coyotes or bobcats at least on public land. a day in the woods with a hope and a chance sure beats sitting at home waiting on august.

I usually hunt the hogs in the off season here, because deer season is limited. If a hog is asking for it during deer season, he gets it often though.

Its year round here, day and night, sundays, with spotlights, calls, night vision, laser sights, baiting, and any weapon legal to own, provided you have landowner permission.
