this is one of those races you don't sign up for. i think it's a sort of secretive and elusive application and invite only type of thing.

Yes he loves the attention but I would like to think he is making fun of people like his dad who don’t leave the house without their full kit of the best performance gear possible to run around the block and he’s going to qualify for the Olympic trials in a pair of blue jeans.

This is bad, but I’ve actually thought of a strategy. I think I would start my 24 clock at like noon by drinking 3 or 4 beers, walk 12 miles drinking a few more at the half way mark, finish the rest of the beers by like 8 pm. Get a full 8 hours of sleep and repeat beginning around 6 am.

Hell, it wouldn’t be that much different then deer season.
