High Wind Damage

Fortunately, my walk around did not turn up anything major.

I did have to do some maintenance of the water post for the horses. One, or both of them must have tried to get a drink while the power was out. The bowl had a lot on frozen mud in it. I suspect a horse pawed the post trying to get it to work. Both of them were thirsty, after I got it back to normal.

While putting hay into their feeder, I noticed a water tub laying next to their loafing shed. I knew it wasn't mine. Where it came from, who knows. The journey left it with a couple of large cracks in it.

There is also a lot of litter caught along the pasture fence line. So one of the next days, that will be a project.

I must say that was quite the sustained wind. Our weather gauge under measures any wind. It was reading 40mph fairly often, so my guess is something around 60mph. It's calm right now, but this evening is supposed to by the garden variety wind of 25mph.
