Elkgunner advised me against moving out there as Boise most likely is due for a Bubble bursting housing market downfall seeing as how even you are getting into speculating on rentals.

I may get chance to go out there to help with their Life & Benefits dept. to recruit and train a few new agents. So if you are looking for a career change.
