Recently picked up some on sale and wore em a few days. Anyone getting high ankle shin bang/chafing? I'm wearing good thick wicking socks & they're still irritating the cuff to skin area.

Are they tied all the way up? Maybe just tie them where the ankle bends for a few days to break that part in and go up a notch the next week..........................John

Did you try spacing the rungs further apart on the tripod?
Ha, good idea, but unlike yourself, I could still climb it.
I picked up a pair this year and wore them on a couple hunts straight out of the box. They were by far the most comfortable boot I've worn to date. I even broke one of the cinch hooks and they said to send them in for a fix, no questions asked. Three thumbs up from me so far.
