WY points are a waste of money if you're currently less than 10 years invested into the standard species already. Looking at north of a 400 year wait for a moose tag if you're just beginning. Might catch the creep if you're at say high mid-20 points today. Non-res need to stop donating to the scheme. Great system for residents until the non-res get smart and stop the $millions flowing in for nothing. That happens and res tags increase in price orders of magnitude to generate the same state income.
