Oh, that is so cool. A lot more can be learned on a morning in the woods with Dad than a morning in school.

A whole lot of truth in that last sentence. Sad that so many school administrators don't agree. That said, I'm pretty sure I won't care if my boys miss a few days, even if they don't get to make up the work. I doubt their grade school grades 'suffering' a bit from their absence for a few days will ruin their lives.
