Very cool. I might be a little bit apprehensive about the quality of the sedation in a similar setting.

A long time ago I spent a couple years as a videographer for a couple hunting shows. One of the hunts I filmed was a griz hunt in southern BC just NW of Glacier NP. It took almost 3 weeks to find a boar in a spot where we could get at him. The hunter ended up with a nice blondish boar that had the misfortune of sticking his paw in a martin cubby that the trapper forgot to pull earlier that spring. After watching him drag that trap around for an hour and seeing the damage up close, I felt bad for him and was glad that we were able to take that bear. Getting a close look at those claws and the power behind them, it is pretty clear how they can do so much damage so quickly to us "meat-sacks".

Man reading this makes me second guess wanting to hunt grizzly country with a bow.. granted if I got charged during rifle season I probably wouldn’t Have a chance to get a shot off if one charged but at least I’d feel like I had a chance.
