Have no idea where Altadena is but looks like some of the dumpster divers I have seen in the Lake Tahoe area from time to time...also kinda looks like my brother-in-law trying to get away from the table this last Thanksgiving...

These black bears definitely have a beautiful coat! See reports of them at the base of the San Gabriel mountains frequently.
