After knowing they’d be fine, rewatching the kid get left behind makes me laugh. I might be a horrible person.

My favorite hydrothermal fact I learned after the explosion today:

“Ear Spring, near Old Faithful, exploded in 2018, sending not only rocks fly
ing but garbage dating back to the 1930s, including a Hamm's beer can, a vintage pacifier, a shoe heel and dozens of coins.”
