Friend stuck in Grants NM

A friend of mine flew out to LA to drive a car back from there to NC for some family members. Long story short, he is currently stuck in Grants, NM and the multi-link hi amp fuse on the car blew.

He's planning to call the Toyota dealer in Albuquerque in the morning to see if they have the part in stock.

I heard about the situation and figured I'd post here to see if anybody has any recommendations on where else he might be able to get the part and even if he can find one, how to get the part to him.
