Friday Tunage: It's been a laborious week

It's a word used by people who can remember to take their carry piece out of their purses.

Not sure how these guys sacks don't drag in the water and they are not even the big waves. Inlander skeered of big water!

Kelly Slater was great on BayWatch!!

I remember seeing Mark Richards surf in person when I was a youth and just a sponger. Took up a hard board after that. Last time I tried it wore me out!

Thousands of miles logged across the west each fall make for some good Bob Seger options. Time to load up the Ipod with good "white line" music.

I have a very distinct memory of that song from when I was in the 6th grade and traveling to Montana. We were just east of Butte, it was gray and dreary and I was tired of listening to Iron Maiden since Seattle. I found the only radio station that came in on my Walkman, and Turn the Page came on in perfect cue. I had heard the song often before, but that was a moment that I will remember forever and the lyrics were so clear it was the first time I had really connected with a song.
