We've been on the road for most of four months, but were back in the office cranking out more episodes of Fresh Tracks Weekly. Lots more to come.

In this episode we cover how the tricks being played by Mike Lee & Co. mess up the FY25 and FY26 LWCF access projects with Department of Interior. We use an example of the La Jara Project in South-central Colorado that will be a casualty of the anti-public land crusade that is trying to nullify the LWCF funding for access projects at Department of Interior. That Colorado project would open 46,000 acres to public access.

Here is the link to contact your members of Congress - https://www.congress.gov/members/find-your-member

Please let them know:

1. You want the FY2025 LWCF project list for Department of Interior to be completed. It is already approved and appropriated by Congress.

2. You want Department of Interior to submit a Land and Water Conservation Fund project list for FY2026. And when such list is submitted it is to be approved and funded.

3. You want Congress to comply with the Great American Outdoor Act of 2020 and use LWCF money to fund access projects.

Unbelievable the antics just don’t stop. I’ll be reaching out to my congressmen.
