I was feeling like some fish tonight, so I made this using some White Bass fillets. This has a very interesting flavor, but is really pretty simple to prepare. Here goes:

Bass Fillets (can substitute any lean, white flaked fish)
1 C French salad dressing
Juice from 2 Limes
Salt and Pepper
Durkee French fried onions
Parmesan Cheese

Mix together the French dressing, Lime juice, and salt and pepper. Pour over fillets and refrigerate 1 hour. Remove fillets from marinade and place in a greased baking dish. Cover with the fried onions and parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for approx. 20 minutes. Enjoy!
