Looking into getting a truck. I think I either want a 3rd gen ranger or 2nd gen frontier. What do y'all think?

Not a fan? I've heard the Nissan will be a more reliable and comfortable truck but I could be wrong. My wife has an Xterra. Get the Ford.
3rd gen ranger production ended in 2012. The Frontier 2nd gen started in 2005. I'd be looking more at mileage, maintenance and rust and make my decision that way.Looking into getting a truck. I think I either want a 3rd gen ranger or 2nd gen frontier. What do y'all think?
Agree that the Frontier is more comfortable plus you have the option of a crew cab in the Nissan, something ford did not offer on the 3rd gen rangerNot a fan? I've heard the Nissan will be a more reliable and comfortable truck but I could be wrong.
Got her a 2010 Xterra back in 2013 with pretty low miles. The intelligent power module fried and killed the fuel pump with it. A couple years later she was rear ended and totaled, and we replaced it with a 2012 Xterra with low miles again. That one has had several electric system issues also, mostly with the anti theft lockout. My 2011 F150 just hit 180,000 miles and everything that has happened to it has been something I could fix pretty easily. Not a fan?
