Yeah super psyched. another wasted season of not finding their next young QB. The Rooney family has turned into a joke.

I actually like it alot. He was FAR from the problem last year. They now have an above elementary school coaching staff (first time in 15 years) on both sides of the ball and have upgraded their roster tremendously. They drafted the most gifted (arm talent wise) qb in the class who can now sit an entire year and be coached and developed behind a top 5 qb of all time. Next year when Allar takes over he will be surrounded by a great roster and protected by an oline full of studs. They won the division last year with a horrendous coaching staff, 38 year old 4th string receivers and a worse roster. They will be much better than last year and have a potential future QB in waiting. Good move.

I don't know. Some pretty legendary players and coaches absolutely loved him last year in Pittsburgh and last I checked its almost impossible to find a teammate that hates him from his time in Green Bay. Did he beat your team a bunch back in the day or you just hate him as a person or both?

You think this makes them worse?

All things considered( age) Rodgers had an ok season last year.
His football IQ is top notch, but the legs are only going to be a year slower.
The arm still ok. I would be surprised he makes it through the season.
HOF quarterbacks are generally pretty egotistical. I dont think being a mentor to a young qb is Rodgers forte either.

That said, I always like to see the rocking chair crowd have a little success.
