I think it is affecting them a lot. An instant replay in the first half showed Williams throwing a pass out in the flats and he had is hand in his pocket before the ball arrived at that receiver. Just one motion to throw and pocket. Safford did the same with a handoff. Those guys are cold, and they are getting wet too. Miserable combination.
