Football General Talk

I'm a big Josh Allen fan but you can't sugar coat it. He had a bad game. Lot's of bad throws and the fumble at the end of the first half was just inexcusable.
I'm going half to root for the Texans. Thought of another Patriots super bowl makes me want to puke

Not bad so far! I watched about 3 snaps of the bills vs broncos game. But that is all.
Yeah, I jinxed both games. Seattle looks like a monster.

I should add, at one point they said Purdy had run over 450 yds in the backfield being chased. Seemed like an under estimate to me. He was always running for his life and making desperation throws.

Maybe you should adjust your diet if your tummy hurts?😆
Go Patriots!!

Seattle seems to have come out of nowhere this year. It’s crazy how good they are. They are the team to beat and have to be favored to win it all.

I don't know that Seattle came out of nowhere, but kind of got lost in the domination of the NFC West. Impressive when 3 teams from the same conference make it to the Divisional round. Another little tidbit, IIRC, the last two times we had a new Pope, the Hawks made it to the SB. Pope Leo has major Chicago connections, may be problematic:)

What would it hurt? The man owns millions of acres. He wouldn’t even know.
I would think if you are selling a house, property, etc that the expectation is that you would lose access. Its thousands of acres, why didn't the ranch keep a few thousand. They could have isolated their piece prior to putting the tract on the market if they wanted access.

Maybe i'm a bit jaded. When I bought my property it was years and years worth of folks showing up and trespassing. The same old story, my great, great uncle or my third cousin by marriage owned this property back in the twenties, we thought we could still use it. i dealt with that for 10 years. If the family wanted access they should have not sold it. They can't benefit financially from the sale and then expect to use the property as they had in past. Win Win situations rarely happen.
