The move to Vegas has been (-) for the black and silver. Las Vegans (pun intended) tell me locals give 0 shites about the team, it is just another entertainment amenity in Sin City. Too bad, Broncos-Raiders was an epic rivalry.

I agree, but he was also a QB ahead of his time in a lot of ways. They would have tried to pound his square peg into a round hole. Today, with the right HC, he might become the GOAT (I really hate that acronym, but there it is).

Can’t say I know too much about him. Seems odd to promote a coordinator from an underperforming team. More of Jerry calling the shots on everything is my guess.
I think he’s probably on his mega yacht in the south of France somewhere doing lots of billionaire things. I think he’s okay.
Awful owner and person though.
