Lets say Reid is fired today. Do you think the Vegas odds for the Chiefs winning the Super Bowl will go up or down?
How about a coach that hasn't proven himself in the playoffs like Sean McDermott?
Answer: They will go down.
Hah! A good process to evaluate coach value.

So, McCarthy is a "great" qb coach. I guess based on Arron Rogers' assent to stardom. They were known for always being on the same page during their time together in Green Bay...oh, I guess not.
So, if he is great qb coach, explain why Dak is bad, and Trey Lance is so bad, he can't get on the field.

The grunts who do the heavy lifting and their position coaches...and owners who let hem do their jobs, that's the difference. Of course having an athletic wizard like Mahomes helps. Hell I've seen Rodgers beat my Boyz on one leg and Dak is not that bad when he has time and receiver separation.

That reminds me of a story I heard from Carson Palmer, I think. He was with the Cardinals and during a scrimmage, he declined to pass to a certain receiver. Bruce Arians asked him why he did not throw the ball to that receiver. Palmer said he did not think the receiver was open. Arians replied...in this league, he was open. Meaning, the windows are nearly always tight.
When a guy is called not that bad, they are pretty bad.
The under indicates, same as any competing teams. A reason one is under/over.
