just a depth finder, that shows more weeds then anything, 1st time owning one

Yup, picked it up from their baggage claim when I flew home. It was such a fiasco. They had to send people thru conveyor systems at Spokane and MSP to look for it cause it was supposed to be on another flight but it was sitting in their baggage claim office the whole time.

I had to call every morning and ask why it hadn’t been delivered yet. I asked if I should notify law enforcement of a potentially stolen firearm and man that got a nervous laugh out the Sun Country supervisor haha

I put Apple AirTags in every bag/case I hand to an airline. Is worth every penny spent on those tags to be sitting on the tarmac for take-off and get pings from each showing they are 30 feet away rather than 200 yards away.

Both the boys caught their first fish on fly rods. Couple little smallmouth.

And I caught my first Sauger(?) Saugeye??? Idk but I was JACKED lol

Caught my best Yellowstone River Smallie on the first cast of a new fly.

Bar none, the hardest fight on a fly rod I’ve had yet!

Side note: anyone have an old vice they’d part with?? I’d really like to get back into it.

I'm headed on a family trip this weekend for a few days in West Yellowstone and a few days near Jackson/Hoback. Never fly fished west of the Mississippi before, just spin fishing at boat launches in Wyoming.

Tips or tricks on the Madison (on Labor Day weekend)? Flies to use, crowds to avoid?

Any good places to wade fish around Teton/Jackson/Hoback? The Snake is pumping out 5000+ CFS at the moment.

Think were doing a guided float trip at the end of the week, will be a first for me.
