First fallow of 2021

Well the 1st of January 2021, we were up well before the hour before sunrise. Out on our fallow ground with my 15 year old son.
We managed to stalk in a bunch of does with a buck in tow.
We only wanted a freezer filler to gift to our landowner friends.
2021 started off well...
A goid weight on full of fat. She will be butchered and vac packed in a couple of days.

Goes towards paying the rent
The fallow have had a good 18 months, need a few more taken off but with the lockdown it's hard to sell them on.
Looks like we'll have to have loads of sausages and burgers for the summer.
