Fires while hunting

I've never seen where a warming fire spooked game. Four of us were sitting around a fire once when three mulies walked up to within15 feet of us. That's the closest I been to game while I had a fire going. They never did spook, just walked off.

Anymore, if I feel like a fire, I build one. If I feel like taking a whizzz.... Whizzo Baby! I haven't noticed a drop in success.
