I just made it down from 3 weeks in the mountains. It did me some good, besides not wasting time on the internet. I'm down 9 pounds since I left, and 19 overall. Now if I can just stay away from that cold beer I've been thinking about the last three weeks!
I'm down to 239 from 257. I tried the atckins diet. Sounded real good "eat all the steak you want." when it comes down to it THATS all you can eat. No potatoes no bread nothing that has carbs in it. My wife and I spent two hours in the store trying to find food with no carbs. Everything has carbs in it.
