Your cabin is in a pretty good spot for rattlesnakes. If I was going to tell someone without a doubt they’ll see a rattle snake I’d send them to the bluff across the creek from you.

My biggest fear is belly crawling thru sagebrush to sneak into a group of pronghorn and coming face-to-face with a rattler.

More likely, but less deadly. I used to be @Nick87 about snakes. But it’s tempered a lot for me over the years as I’ve learned more about them. I still have a healthy respect for the venomous ones though.
