Guys, any recommendations for exercises I can do to strengthen my left arm? The problem is it doesn't take long for that arm to get tired/shaky when holding my bow at full draw and I'd like to improve this. As such, I'm not as steady as I'd like to be.

Supine dumbell presses for the left...upright cable pullbacks for the right are good resistance sets.

Have never used a bowflex but...if it will simulate lying on your back & pressing straight up (for the anterior deltoid & pectorals) or standing (preferably) pullbacks to strengthen the posterior deltoid and scapularis muscle group...should work for ya.

Push ups, the simplest way to work the entire body. Anything involving the cables at the gym as well will help you.

Yes, pushups are good. Technique is pretty simple. Keep you hands and feet (knees if you need to) and push the rest of your body off the ground! ;)
