I haven't hunted the unlimiteds, but I've thoroughly enjoyed following along and will perhaps be lucky enough to venture one day.
That said, I'm not really a fan outfitters permitted on this hunt, just doesn't sit right with me.
But I'm curious what those who have experience think.

Well if I every shoot a ram in the UL's I don't think I will be posting a pic.....unless it is a confirmed monster. I would be scared of the reaction I would get from everyone.

I think of all hunts the outfitters have the least impact on this hunt. I say let the outfitters have at it. Most outfitters don't want to go on these types of hunts.
There’s a lot of middle ground between roadside lamb and Beartooth monster.

I've posted this photo some time ago. It was taken in the same unit, albeit not in a place or time that anyone could bother him. But I think one of his little brothers is closer to legal than this recently harvested ram

Seems like if it was an obviously legal ram, the warden would have just said "nice ram". Saying "looks like a legal ram to me" is what a warden might say if he didn't want to deal with the ass-pain that would come with raising a stink with a celeb hunter and outfitter....
Yes, it’ll be published after the season. My money is on 4.5yo, 25”x12.5”.

I mean there has to be some pretty serious ramifications if it really isn't a legal ram but was allowed by FWP? Can someone call out FWP, or go take a pic of the ram in question at the taxidermist?
