I long armed this one a bit but in my defense, I’m trying to stay out of the creek he’s laying in! 379 Gross…can’t remember the net. 60”+ beams and a 47” inside spread helped.

That’s gotta be one of the better flattbrimmer shots I’ve seen in a while!

Those scores seem low. I guess the camera angle fools my eyes some. I admit I would have added 20 to each if I saw them on the hillside. Both great bulls in the classic sense.

You've got really nice bulls, full sized adults, and a photographer that is complimenting the size of the racks with the camera angle and position. Look what happens when you have extra huge bulls, small sized person, and same camera trickery..

These are Mt elk taken by friends in quota areas on private land. Very big 414/399.

This bull is just over 400 gross and 380 net non typical. I really could have used @Greenhorn talents with a camera on this one because this bull is absurdly big and my pictures do not show it.

This bull has 380 class tops and sub 300 class bottoms. Gross is 348, net is much lower. Those big tops will get you every time.

I always chuckle...if you think about a given 6pt and his horn measurements, a mere 2" longer on each point changes the score an obvious significant amount.
I long armed this bull to amuse myself, was thinking how I would like to have another couple inches.
