Eating Eurasian Collared Doves

Anyone eat them? I've got a pile in my trees. Too many houses around for shotgun work but pellet gun could be fun.

I've had them...very good fried or grilled.

You can also remove the meat from the breast, wrap in bacon with jalapeno and cream cheese.

Make a dang good popper!

They always live in places I can’t seem to use any kind of projectile! I’ve heard Randy say they’re delicious in videos!

They are great. I eat them whenever they show up around my place south of town. We've shot a few in Nevada and Arizona.

If they were hanging out near my place, they'd be converted to a meal. Thin slice their (already small) breasts and make a small batch of fajitas with them.

We have lots in town but I never see them out of town even dove hunting a mile from town. I’d assume they taste just like mourning doves though.

I shoot them when they fly by my dive spot. Taste the same as morning dove to me.
