Jack my Golden Retriever at 9 months. ~80 pounds. He was putting on 10 lbs per month consistently but starting to slow down. I think he is moving into the bulking up phase. Retrieving instinct is impressive.

Been a really weird past few days here on huntalk. How bout some more dog pics.

Got the pups out to visit some of the mountain towns over the weekend. Little Lilo is really coming out of her shell and bounced right up next to me on a picnic table at a barbecue food truck like she was asking "Cool, what are we having??" Also got to watch about 75 head of elk rutting around in a field off the highway on the way home.

Now this is NOT the snipe hunting my dad and my uncle took me on. All I got was skeeter bites and a busted pride of a nine year old victim of Dad's and Uncle John's prank. Reluctant to even accept a gunny sack from them again too.

Meet Chase. (Yes my kids love paw patrol) I dont hog hunt anymore but with us soon to be having three kids I decided it was time to get another dog. Hopefully by October I'll have a good blood dog coming up.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Looks like she was quite the hunting partner.
