Dogs are Hunting Partners - Let's see 'em

Stone has had a rough month and a half ending up in an emergency laryngeal tieback procedure but he's starting to get back to being himself. Getting his own, personal jammy egg-in-a-frame for breakfast this weekend seemed to help.

Been a long 4 months since we dropped our pup off with the trainer. Got to pick her up on Friday and spend some time with her and the trainer. Primary focus was obedience and waterfowl, secondary focus flushing and retrieving upland birds. She did great. Looking forward to some new adventures with her this fall.

Quinn - She's been hit by a car, doesn't like strangers, ran off for four days last year, but is one of the smartest and most loyal dogs I've ever seen...typical four year old heeler.

Last weekend, we adopted little four year old Lilo:


She is a loving, very intelligent goofball who is settling right in. Jury is still out with big brother Stone, though.
