Deer Shank Cooked Roast Style in Slow Cooker

Cooked this deer shank from an eastern blacktail deer meat gifted to me by @thomas89. Again, thanks buddy, came out really good.

Came out amazing. No wild taste at all. If there is any gamey taste to be had, it would be in the shanks but these were good and I peeled them off the bone very easily with a fork. No knife needed. I also split the meat apart into serving sizes for my wife and I with the same fork I peeled it off the bone with.
