.... Last year I mismanaged my funds. I spent money I didn't have. I was buying aspirations simply beyond my income, with no means of making the payments. Now, I can't even meet my basic obligations. This year I cannot decide on a budget. Until I have come to a decision that fits all of my needs, obligations, and interests, I will have to shut down my checkbook and will no longer be able to pay my taxes. I'm sure you'll understand. Thank you so much for setting such a stellar example me to follow!
