Anybody ever had a "dead" mount done of any waterfowl?

Here is an example

I have a client that has a Turkey done in that manner and it is the best mount of a Turkey that I have ever seen. IMO, even a "live mount" of a Turkey looks dead! That is a nice alternative.

Wouldn't have even thought about it. I really like that second one. Speaking as a girl, I'd much rather see that in my house than one which is "flying". It looks far more art-like.

WHT MTMAN,

That is exactly the style I have thought about getting the last couple of years. I always said I would get one done when I had a 5 green head/1 pintail drake day. I have done it twice, but both times the pins were poor represenatives. Excuses, excuses. I have a print with two cans hanging and I thought it would be a cool to duplicate and hang next to the print. Now they need to allow a two bull can daily limit over here.

I've had this pic on my computer for a while just waiting for the day that I can shoot some pintail, i really like this setup. We don't get bunches of pintail down here, well maybe someday i'll get one.
