Nah but he was old enough to be. I felt kinda bad after. Once he realized he was in the wrong and rutted the shit out of the plowed field. I sat there and made him fill the ruts back in with a shovel. Guy had to be over 70. Took him almost an hour. Its too long a story to type but at the time I didn't care. Smoke was coming out of my ears. Thus was all after he #@)(*%* up my hunt with his atv winding out trying to get unstuck at daybreak.

I don't think that all fly fishermen are DBs, only about 80%. You are solidly in the 20% near as I can tell.

Honestly most fly fisherman annoy me. Not much for associating.

Hunted Wyoming Region G a few years back. Hiked several miles back on public in a roadless area. Got back well before day light. About 5 minutes before shooting light three different groups of residents came zooming in on UTVs and setup on top of a bunch of folks, including me.

I confronted one group after a couple hours of no deer and asked them if they were aware of the no UTVs and roadless rules. I was cussed and threatened and made aware that it was nonresidents ruining hunting.

Back when I was in high school on opening day of pheasant season this pickup pulls up on the ditch bank and the guy yells to me out of the window, "hey, do you where you are at?"
I said. "Yeah, the same field I change hand line in all summer."
Guy winds up his window and drives away.

Had similar, was scouting some Canada geese before opening September season and an outfitter pulls up and says "I already have permission to hunt that" I said that's nice, my uncle gave me permission too.
He wanted to change his tune and act all buddy buddy then.

Told my uncle what happened. He called the outfitter and told him to find a new place to hunt.

Had issues with the same guy multiple times over the years.

Had a neighbor’s cousin try to kick me off of my family’s ranch on an antelope hunt. He didn’t like when I asked him who he was and what he was doing on our property.

My favorite part of hunting season in Bozeman is having to endure the First Lite fanboys, and adult-onset hunters at work recounting their weekend pursuits like every mule deer doe and cow elk they almost killed was a Boone & Crockett world record.
