Daughters 4th season buck

Opening day buck for my kiddo. Walked up on him in his bed followed by a great shot. Was scared to death as this buck then rolled 300 yards down an avalanche chute. Luckily both the meat and rack survived just fine. This is her 2nd buck and only 3rd hunt. She's still in shock and so am I! Yes, I know these pics won't make the great quality picture category. Daughter was cold and I did the best I could under those circumstances. Anyways, I'm pretty proud of her. She now owns the biggest buck in the house award!

Thanks folks. Had a great elk hunt with my other 2 kids during the 2nd rifle season. Almost got one bull but never got a clear shot. Was a great week though.
