Woke up this morning at 4am to find two guys broke into the back of my truck and taking all of my tools. Like an idiot I yelled from my third floor townhouse and they heard me and took off I couldnt get the plate number cause I didn't have my glasses on should have waited to get them on before yelling at them.
Lost about 5000 in tools. Kinda crappy two years ago i was on a moose hunt and when I got back found someone stole an entire job trailer loaded with 15k of tools apptly the moose have a voodo doll cause now that i drew a moose tag something bad had to happen.
I wish garbage like that would just get a job and stop stealing my stuff.

That sucks! Hopefully you've got decent insurance. I hope you recover everything one way or another.

That sucks. Worthless slime needs to have their "you know whats" put in a vice. I suspect they would not want to have you find out who did it.

Hoping you shoot a really big moose and you break the curse of the Bullwinkle.

Sorry to hear about that. Hope you have insurance.

Feel your pain man. Just got a call from my credit card company yesterday and somehow someone has been running around the country spending a bunch of money on my credit card #. My good friend Mike had his truck broke into two nights ago and they took his xm radio, laptop, external hard drive that pretty much had his whole life of hunting and other pictures on it, his wallet, and other stuff.

Just one day i would love to catch someone doing this and give them a lesson that would surely prevent them from doing it again.

Hope you get your stuff back,

A .338 thru the engine block would have made it very simple to get the license plate. That sucks..

Even with insurance it sucks. we had Survey equipment stolen and had to account for each item. Still pay a Deductable, then replace what was taken. It sucks !!!

Good news is you can buy your stuff back on Craigslist *sigh*

That probably would do it. Few things make the hackles stand up on the neck of a person who is doing wrong than the sound of the action of a pump shotgun.

Somebody cut the catalytic converter out of my 4Runner a few months back. Damned thing was parked in my driveway & they had to use a power saw. I'm a light sleeper and handy with a baseball bat but I was either out of town or in dreamland when they took it. Insurance company didn't seem surprised at all. Guess that happens all over town.

MConway, I hope you somehow get your stuff back or better yet find the punks who did it, but they don't WANT jobs--it's easier taking stuff other people worked hard for...

Man, if this ever happens to me my first warning will be my 300 mag through the engine block. Once that gets their attention I'll demand they start putting each tool back in its place and polish them between their crippled not getting away car and my truck. If they are still around I'll likely be cooled off enough to only demand they super glue their butts to sidewalk until the law shows up after finishing a nice powdered donut.
