Dam Breeching

10+ years ago, BuzzH and others used to foam at the mouth over this issue on this site. I have not seen any commentary on dam breeching in some time. Question: Is the issue resolved? Or is it just not politically expedient at this time to push the issue?

don't most breech b/c asshats do not unlock them in time?.....................
