Colorado leftover tag

I am 0/13 with draw apps this year. My 13 year old son is something like 0/6. My brother and I made a plan to try to grab a tag for his 16 year old son and my son. There were 16 1st rifle bull tags and 110 cow for the unit we decided on. Bull tags were gone almost immediately but we did get 2 cow tags. This might have been better under trash tag thread idk but we pretty excited to at least have tags and an adventure planned.

Ya, I went for some very low tier tags and they were all gone by 9:01

I used to usually get some decent tags on the Leftover/Reissue but have come up empty the last 3 years. I understand not getting the primo tags but most of the ones I'm still failing to get take 0-1 points to draw. I have read that some people have bots but thought that it wasn't true. After today, I feel like maybe I shouldn't have spent so much time outside and maybe learned computers a little better!

Happy your son and nephew got tags. Always fun to see kids get their first elk.

There's also a ton of folks trying these days since every tag business as well as G&F agency emails are sent as reminders to absolutely everyone in the world. The times of snatching easy tags are gone. I had two elk tags in my cart and decided I didn't want them. One was decent.
