CO unit 500- anyone in the area?

We have a hunttalker who is on a solo hunt in there right now, that no one has been able to get a hold of for a week.

This is very out of character for him.

Dave is in a white Tundra with an in-bed camper. Ohio plates. We think his last known location was Georgia Pass.

If anyone is in the area, could you please keep an eye out for him?

He drew a muzzleloader tag so if encountered on the trail he’ll almost certainly be wearing blaze orange.

If you see his vehicle please post a note on it to get with his HT group chat and post up here the vehicle location.

We’re reaching out to wardens in the area and any info we can pass on as to location will be helpful.

There’s dozens of explanations as to why he might not be keeping in contact with us that don’t involve death or injury but it’s not like him to go more than two or three days without checking in.

The crew got a text from Dave just now. All is well. Just an unhappy hunter that the elk aren't cooperating.

It's a good reminder for myself to get my inreach account fired up again for my goat hunt next week.
