CO 3rd Season Buck

Hunted hard all week. Opening weekend looked like the orange army was out in full force. In the middle of the week we pretty much had the area to our selfs. We got a good snow storm and the big boys came out to check the doe's. I seen atleast 100 different bucks all week. Heres the one I held out for, he's 31 3/8" wide.

Thats a great buck, no wall tent on your hunt, or was motel on the way home?

First time in 20 years to hunt out of a motel, But it sure was nice. My buddy offered up the motel so I was all-in LOL!!!

Congrats on a great buck !! Orange army, thought you wouldn't see so many people in the 3rd season, but guess it depends on season and if everyone is concentrated. Just curious how many point the 3rd season tag cost you ?? - Fish

Great deer. The bases/eye guards have a lot of character to them.

Four points was 100% draw and Three points was 50% draw. I had four points.
