Does anyone know how to find out more information about this article (see link above)?

What roads are being closed?

Prescribed fires because of infrequent fires now?


What are your thoughts?

I am not opposed to closing roads just as long as there is still access to public lands.

We'll be working on it for the next few weeks. Should post our comments to the MWF website. I have not had the time to go over it yet, but some folks are saying that alternative D is the best for wildlife and outdoor recreation.

It is fairly lengthy at 464 pages. I am about 1/2 way through it. It is interesting and I would be opposed to alternative A (if I read it right) but I haven't come across anything yet that states what they've decided to do or which option they've picked, but I'm not through all of it yet.

I think Option D is the one they prefer.

I prefer D's over A's myself.



Get your comments in, we're going to ask for an extension because the timing sucks for sportsmen. Not many are going to get comments in during rifle season.
