Honestly that’s more about the grease than the peroxide. You can clean a skull and peroxide the crap out of it and it will be super white for a couple of months but the grease will start to come up and it will turn that ivory color.White white isn't my thing I prefer the old ivory look with some tan and yellow aging so I don't overdo the peroxide either.
Most ivory yellow skulls just weren’t degreased.
