I was shooting on Sunday with my carter chocolate addiction release and lost a few adjustment screws. Monday morning I called carter and told them what I did. the only question they asked was what my address is and what spring was in it. she told me that parts are in the mail. this was 100% my fault but they had no interest in charging me for parts. that in my opinion is good customer service.
