Just wanted to give a shoutout to this company because of the awesome customer service. Been checking their coolers out at Ace for awhile then found one at a pawn shop for a crazy good deal. The top of the lid was warped (bubbled up) but worked fine. I called and asked about the warranty and they said they had a bad batch of lids and that it worked fine, but would absolutely replace it.
They asked where I lived, told them Great Falls, and they said they were running a batch of coolers that way next week. Fast forward, I was deployed overseas and they swung by my house and swapped the lid out for me, no cost.
Super cool company, made in Montana, and A+ service. I am no cooler snob, I don’t know how they compare to a Yeti, but I am mad at Yeti for buying out my beloved MR Packs and “Texas-ing” them, so I will stick with my Lone Mountain!
